At Seba Rashii Culture: Online Culture Zine we believe that The Culture is Out There.
We're not just talking about music. We're talking about art
and creativity in general. There is more to the world than your local scene or
venue. There is a lot more. We believe that supporting your scene is very
important but we also believe that the window of the world is one that is
always open.
Being based in Liverpool we have wide point of reference for all scenes from the underground to the local, the national to the international. And just as this is reflected in the attitudes of the city, we believe it has to be reflected in our cultural activities as well. Art, music, theater and whatever art form have you are universal and that's the way it should be.

Founded in 2006 as an ordinary weblog for musings to no-one in particular Seba Rashii Culture: Online Culture Zine has changed name on numerous occasions and now finds itself with the name that best describes it's aim. Simply put we seek to cover the best events we can get to and the most noteworthy and unique music and art that we can. With connections in our home of Liverpool, UK and a commitment to cover worldwide music, art and whatever may present itself to us you can be sure to find out something interesting.
